ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia Certified as Rolls-Royce Engine Maintenance Hub

by Annie

ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia has been officially certified by Rolls-Royce as a hub for the maintenance of BR710A2-20 engines, which power the Bombardier Global Express aircraft series. Previously an authorized service center for routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on these engines, the Malaysian facility is now authorized to conduct more advanced diagnostics and repairs, further expanding its capabilities in engine maintenance.

The facility, located at Subang Airport, is approved by several civil aviation regulators to perform heavy airframe maintenance on the Global Express series, in addition to its engine maintenance services.

Ivan Lim, regional VP for ExecuJet MRO Services in Asia, explained, “ExecuJet MRO Services Group has a long-standing relationship with Rolls-Royce. We achieved hub status after investing in infrastructure, tooling, training, and technology. We continuously strive to meet the evolving needs of business aviation customers by offering comprehensive services that streamline the maintenance process, including both airframe and engine support under one roof.”

In 2024, ExecuJet MRO Services inaugurated a state-of-the-art, 149,500 ft² MRO center at Subang Airport, providing a full range of services, from airframe line and heavy maintenance to AOG support, engine maintenance, and component services.

A wholly owned subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, ExecuJet MRO Services operates world-class MRO facilities across Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe, and the Middle East, adhering to the highest regulatory and safety standards in all of its operations.
