Extensive field research informed its design, addressing user challenges during outages to create a generator that is simple to operate, even in low-light or emergency conditions.
XG04045 Liquid-Cooled Home Standby Generator The XG04045 represents a refined approach to home standby generators, integrating form and function to enhance the overall appearance of any home. With a neutral color palette and softened edges, it complements various home exteriors. The redesigned enclosure improves both aesthetics and durability, while enhancements in accessibility make installation and maintenance more intuitive for professionals. These updates were the result of thorough research with homeowners and installers, ensuring the generator integrates seamlessly into its environment.
In 2023, Generac also received multiple GOOD DESIGN Awards for products like the GB1000 and GB2000 Portable Power Stations, the Mobile Battery Light Tower, the Generac PWRmanager, and the DR Power Equipment ZT5e zero-turn battery-powered mower.
