Danfoss Power Solutions will present its latest products and solutions driving sustainable construction at bauma 2025, taking place from April 7-13 in Munich, Germany. The company will exhibit its cutting-edge technologies in hydraulics, eHydraulics, electrification, digitalization, autonomy, and software at Hall A3, Stand 125, highlighting its expertise in innovation and application development.
The Danfoss booth will display over 60 products, organized into subsystems commonly used in construction and mining machinery: propel, steering, work function, and controls. Dedicated stations will showcase electrification, eHydraulics, and the PLUS+1® Platform, demonstrating how Danfoss’ scalable, modular solutions can be customized to meet specific customer requirements and seamlessly integrated across various applications and machine sizes.
Danfoss will debut several new products at the event, including the X1P family of open-circuit piston pumps built on the new X1 platform, additions to the Thorx™ cam lobe motors line, and a thermoplastic hose designed for material handling applications. Key solutions and recently launched products will also be featured, such as the Digital Displacement pump and controller, the Editron ED3 onboard charger and ePTO, electrohydraulic steering subsystem solutions, and an industrial cam lobe motor for large stationary machinery.
A significant focus will be on eHydraulics and electrification. Ondřej Aulich, subsystem engineer with Danfoss’ Controls division, will present on the impact of electrification on work hydraulics during the bauma Forum on Monday, April 7, at 10 am in Hall B0. His lecture will explore technological advancements aimed at improving efficiency while maintaining high functionality and reliability in electrified mobile machines. Markus Plassmann, Head of Growth and Sales Operations with the Editron division, will join Carraro’s Enrico Tracanzan, Group R&D Director, on Wednesday, April 9, at 3:30 pm in Hall B0 to present a two-speed driveline solution enabling OEMs to switch between hydrostatic and electric propel systems without chassis modifications. The electric propel system will be displayed at the Danfoss booth alongside the eHydraulic Power Module, emphasizing the benefits of integrated solutions.
“Our booth theme, ‘Set your vision in motion. From idea to reality,’ reflects our commitment to helping customers overcome machine challenges and realize their vision,” said Steen Rohleder, Vice President, EMEA Sales, Danfoss Power Solutions. “Danfoss possesses the technologies and expertise to transform construction machinery, enhancing productivity, safety, efficiency, and sustainability. We eagerly anticipate sharing our solutions with visitors at bauma 2025.”
