EVE Energy Unveils New Electric Platforms for Construction Machinery

by Annie

China-based EVE Energy has launched a range of electric platforms designed for construction machinery, heavy-duty trucks, aerial work platforms, and special equipment, including its latest innovation, the Open Source Battery. The new platforms are engineered to enhance performance with key advancements in charging efficiency, lifespan, and structural strength.

EVE’s platforms target four major sectors: construction machinery, heavy-duty trucks, aerial work platforms, and specialized machinery. The company claims these platforms reduce charging times by 25%, boast a lifespan exceeding 5,000 cycles, and provide structural strength three times greater than the previous national standards.

For construction vehicles, EVE Energy introduced the B3P Platform, featuring Top-Bottom Liquid Cooling Technology, ensuring reliable operation across a wide temperature range while maintaining durability. The integrated system supports power demands between 114 kWh to 700 kWh, catering to conventional loaders and mining trucks.

In the heavy-duty truck and mining truck sector, EVE’s H3E Platform utilizes Cell-to-Pack (CTP) technology and full-field foaming methods to enhance packaging efficiency and structural stability. The platform’s batteries can be mounted at the rear or side of vehicles.

For aerial work platforms, EVE offers the ES series, which integrates a battery disconnect unit (BDU), reducing design costs and boosting system reliability and space efficiency. This platform supports scissor lift platforms ranging from 6 to 14 meters in height.
