KIOTI Strengthens Leadership and Launches Hydraulic Tech Innovation with Flow+

WENDELL, N.C. — KIOTI Tractor has announced strategic leadership changes and the introduction of a new hydraulic technology aimed at boosting performance in its compact construction equipment lineup.

Don Lowe has been named Vice President of North American Sales, bringing over 30 years of experience in sales, dealer development, and strategic growth across the agricultural and compact construction sectors. Simultaneously, longtime KIOTI veteran Tim Phillips has been promoted to Vice President of Sales Operations after more than two decades with the company.

“We are excited to welcome Don to the KIOTI team and recognize Tim’s well-deserved promotion,” said Ryan Kim, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of KIOTI. “Don brings fresh ideas and a strategic mindset that will help drive dealer expansion and market growth, while Tim’s deep expertise and long-standing commitment to the brand will ensure operational excellence and continued support for our dealers and customers.”

In his new role, Lowe will lead the company’s market expansion initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and brand positioning across North America. Prior to joining KIOTI, Lowe held multiple leadership roles at Kubota Tractor Corporation, where he directed national sales efforts and spearheaded dealer development programs.

Phillips, who joined KIOTI in 2003, has played a pivotal role in launching key product segments such as zero-turn mowers and compact construction equipment. He also led the implementation of KIOTI’s sales and operations planning process and was instrumental in growing the dealer network. In his expanded role, Phillips will oversee sales operations, market intelligence, marketing, and inside sales.

Hydraulic Innovation with Flow+

Alongside its leadership changes, KIOTI has introduced the Flow+ hydraulic system for its new TL750 Compact Track Loader and SL750 Skid Steer Loader models. The Flow+ system is engineered to bridge the performance gap between standard and high-flow hydraulic systems, providing enhanced power and versatility for demanding jobsite applications.

“Flow+ bridges the gap between standard and high-flow systems,” said Justin Moe, KIOTI’s Product Manager for Compact Construction. “It offers operators the hydraulic power needed to handle more intensive tasks while improving engine efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, and enhancing overall machine versatility.”

Targeted for light- to medium-duty hydraulic attachments such as trenchers, snow blowers, and rotary cutters, Flow+ enables seamless operation of both high-demand and standard attachments. It also reduces heat and mechanical wear compared to traditional high-flow systems and supports quick attachment changes to minimize downtime.

The new Flow+ models offer superior hydraulic performance: while standard units operate at 3,335 psi and deliver 21.9 gpm at 41.80 horsepower, Flow+ units operate at 2,900 psi but provide a higher flow of 34.0 gpm and deliver 65.70 horsepower—an upgrade that significantly boosts machine productivity.

With new leadership and innovative technology, KIOTI continues to position itself as a rising force in the compact equipment and tractor industry across North America.
