Kioti Tractor has introduced its new Flow+ technology for its Compact Track Loaders (TL750) and Skid Steer Loaders (SL750), offering an advanced hydraulic system that bridges the gap between standard and high-flow systems. This innovation provides operators with the hydraulic power needed for more demanding tasks without the higher costs or increased fuel consumption typically associated with full high-flow systems.
“At KIOTI, we’re committed to developing solutions that maximize the performance of our equipment,” said Justin Moe, product manager for compact construction. “Flow+ bridges the gap between standard and high-flow systems, providing operators with the hydraulic power needed to handle more demanding tasks while improving engine functionality, fuel savings, and overall versatility.”
Flow+ is designed for light to medium-duty hydraulic attachments such as rotary cutters, trenchers, and snow blowers. It allows operators to run higher-flow attachments while still supporting standard-flow attachments for everyday tasks, thereby enhancing the machine’s versatility on job sites.
The system provides more power than standard-flow systems, reducing heat and wear when compared to high-flow alternatives. This results in less maintenance, quicker attachment changes, and reduced downtime. Additionally, Flow+ optimizes hydraulic power management, which helps conserve fuel and extend operational hours.
The Flow+ system is built with a five-port coupler block, dedicated Flow+ tube lines, a valve, and an added gear pump. These components enable operators to tackle a broader range of applications efficiently.
While standard models operate at 3,335 psi (230 bar) with a hydraulic flow of 21.9 gpm (82.90 lpm) and 41.80 hp (31.10 kW), the Flow+ models operate at a lower pressure of 2,900 psi (200 bar) but provide a higher hydraulic flow of 34.0 gpm (128.80 lpm) and 65.70 hp (46 kW). This enhanced flow and horsepower improve attachment versatility, making it easier to handle more intensive tasks.
