Sandvik to Acquire Verisurf Software, Expanding Industrial Metrology Capabilities

Verisurf Software Inc. has signed an agreement to be acquired by Sandvik, a move aimed at expanding its capabilities and strengthening its position in 3D metrology software solutions.

Following the acquisition, Verisurf will operate as an independent business unit within Sandvik Manufacturing and Machining Solutions, complementing Sandvik’s existing expertise in industrial metrology. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be finalized in Q2 2025.
